Statement to Our Valued Customers Chessex® strongly encourages you to buy from your local retail store whenever possible. Without distributors and retailers our industry would be quite different. Our success is due to the support and success of our hobby partners. So while you can order from us, we prefer that you buy anything you can locally or from your online retailers. We have many items that retailers and distributors do not find practical to stock, and those are the items that we encourage you to order from us. Don (our owner) and Kim (our general manager) both come from a retail and distributor background. Both of them believe strongly in the 3-tier distribution model, and are keenly aware that Chessex® should not have an advantage over our distribution and retail customers. We do not offer discounts to consumers, except for occasional sale items. Chessex® wants our trading partners to thrive. We offer this site to check out the various things that we have in stock, in part to give you ideas as to what our line is about. You may notice that not all of our items have pictures at this time, but that is something we are working at constantly. More pictures will be uploaded to the site a least once a week as they are completed. We have a myriad of wonderful stores that stock our product! Nothing can replace the in person experience of dealing with retailers who support this industry the way they do.

Consumer Shipping Terms Within the USA – Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders within the USA will be charged a maximum of $9.00 for freight. Mondomats will be invoiced at actual cost shipping, as will large bulk dice orders. Contact us for a shipping quote on these items. Air shipment is available at an additional charge, at special request. International Orders - We ship internationally via DHL and USPS. We will search for the best option for your order. Rates depend on destination postal code, box weights and dimensions. Ask us for an estimate! We invoice the exact cost we pay. You may be charged a customs fee (duty and VAT) by your country. Please be aware that this is an expense you must pay, and is based on value of the shipment.
